S11/S13 Full Sealed Oil-Filled Electric Pole Transformer is specifically designed to fulfill high efficiency and long life needs of power distribution. The transformer is manufactured in compliance with Chinese GB specifications as well as international IEC specifications. The transformer employs the use of oil not only as insulation but also as the cooling medium. It is constructed using efficient cooling methods such as oil-immersed natural cooling, air cooling, water cooling, and forced oil circulating to provide reliable performance in extreme conditions.
Major Components:
Iron Core: Laminated using high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel in order to reduce no-load losses and noise.
Windings: Low and high-voltage windings of oxygen-free copper. Low voltage windings for equipment up to 500 kVA employ double-layer cylindrical shape while equipment above 630 kVA employ double or four-helix configurations. High voltage windings employ multilayer cylindrical for enhanced performance.
Oil Pillow & Breathing Apparatus: Maintains oil level and air pressure balance while providing integrity to the insulation.
Explosion-Proof Tube (Pressure Release Valve): A safety feature that maintains transformer integrity under severe conditions.
