Structural Design
Single-phase voltage regulator structure:
TDGC2 voltage regulator consists of multiple units of the same specification. The brushes of the units are connected to the same main shaft. The input end of the inductor coil is connected in parallel, and the output end is connected to the balancing reactor, which effectively balances the current distribution and suppresses the circulating current.
Small capacity unit:
For voltage regulators with a capacity of 0.5kVA to 10kVA, the structure is a single voltage regulator unit. The brush of the voltage regulator contacts the smooth surface of the coil, and the handwheel drives the brush to slide to adjust the output voltage. The structure is usually desktop with a protective cover.
Large capacity unit:
Voltage regulators over 10kVA are composed of two or more units of the same specification to provide higher current output.
Brush design:
For voltage regulator units of 3kVA and below, 1-2 graphite brushes and metal frames are used to ensure good heat dissipation performance. For units of 4kVA and above, two copper-graphite composite brushes are used, and the pressure plate of the brush contact group is fixed to the open end of the inductor coil to ensure the stability of the brush position, and is locked by screws for easy removal and replacement.

Installation requirements:
Applicable to indoor installation, and the installation environment should be away from harmful gases, steam, chemical deposits, dust, dirt and other harmful substances. There should be no explosive or corrosive media in the environment that seriously affect the insulation of the voltage regulator. At the same time, the installation site should avoid severe vibration and collision.
