Product Quality Assurance

ZHENGXI strictly follows the ISO9000 and CE quality management system for production, ensuring that all voltage stabilizers, transformer, variable transformer, soft starters, frequency converter, inverter and UPS are strictly inspected before leaving the factory, and the product factory qualification rate is 100%.

Warranty Service

Within one year from the date of receipt of the goods, if there are any quality problems with the product after installation, ZHENGXI will provide free repair or replacement services. After the warranty period expires, we will provide paid repair services within a reasonable range according to customer needs.

Paid Service Terms

The following situations will be considered as paid service scope:

- - The product is out of warranty;
  - Failure to provide valid purchase receipt or documents;
  - Damage caused by failure to use in accordance with the product manual or improper operation (pay special attention to water ingress, falling or other man-made damage);
  - The customer repairs or disassembles the product by himself or entrusts non-ZHENGXI authorized personnel;
  - Product damage caused by the use of unqualified cables or equipment installation;
  - Product failure or damage caused by natural disasters (such as floods, fires, lightning strikes, earthquakes, etc.).

For situations that are product quality issues, we promise to give a clear answer or solution within 24 hours. All customers who purchase ZHENGXI products can enjoy lifetime, 24/7 technical support. If any technical problems occur during installation, use or maintenance, please contact us.
