Voltage Stabilizer Wiring Video

Single-phase 15KVA and above voltage stabilizer wiring video

Important Notes
Use 16mm² copper wires for both input and output. If using aluminum wires, double the wire size.
Follow the wiring labels carefully:
Input live wire (L), Input neutral wire (N)
Output live wire (L), Output neutral wire (N)
Refer to the user manual before operation.
If a malfunction occurs, turn off the stabilizer immediately and use the main bus switch for safety.

Wiring Steps
Access the Terminal Block
Unscrew the two screws on the stabilizer cover to expose the wiring terminals.

Connect Input Wires
Attach the input live wire to the “L” terminal on the left.
Attach the input neutral wire to the “N” terminal on the left.

Connect Output Wires
Attach the output live wire to the “L” terminal on the right.
Attach the output neutral wire to the “N” terminal on the right.

Secure Wires
Cut a hole in the wire protection ring on the wiring panel.
Pass the wires through the protection ring.

Tighten Terminal Screws
Use a screwdriver to firmly secure all terminal connections.

Reassemble the Covers
Replace the terminal block cover and reattach the stabilizer cover.
Wiring is now complete.

3 phase 30KVA-120KVA voltage stabilizer wiring video

1.Before wiring, you need to prepare the copper lugs and power cables yourself, and connect the power cables to the copper lugs.

2.The copper lug wiring method is as follows: note that the input and output share a common neutral wire, which needs to be connected to a single copper lug.

3.The input and output also share a common ground wire, which should also be connected to a single copper lug.

4.Use a screwdriver to loosen all the terminal screws. According to the wiring labels, sequentially connect the three input wires (A, B, C).

5.The blue wire is the shared neutral wire for input and output. Ground wire cannot replace the neutral wire.

6.Next, according to the wiring labels, sequentially connect the three output wires (A, B, C). The yellow-green wire is the shared ground wire for input and output.

Wiring is complete.
